Our Client, a bsuy medical equipment company based in Frenchs Forest, is in need of a friendly and experienced Administration Assistant to start with them asap. This is an ideal job for someone who is looking for a work/life balance in a friendly work environment where you will be appreciated for the work that you do. Duties for this role will vary day-to-day, however duties will include: - Booking in medical device repairs - Customer Service (often with staff from the Medical Field) - Shipping products for repair and parts (Domestic and over-seas) - Ordering repair parts and supplies - Data entry - Running errands (ie mail, picking up office supplies etc). To apply for this role, you will need to have: - An Admin / Office Background - Clear communication Skills / Sound English Skills - An eye for detail - Be thorough and organised in all aspects of your work (particularly data entry) - Possess a type speed of at least 40 wpm - Have experience using Microsoft software (ie access, outlook, word) - Be able to work as a team, but also independantly. A current C Drivers licence and own transport would be very highly regarded. Work days and hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends). Remuneration will be $35,000 per annum + Super.
